Best Western Airport Inn

Good rooms and breakfast..... only bad thing is the slippery water....soft water I guess.

Only seen one problem with the room. Seen a few roaches. Let the office know about it and they switched rooms.

The staff are helpful and friendly, clean rooms, breakfast is plenty and a pool. This hotel is close to stores, and main interstate to be so quiet and has waffle house walking distance beside and Arby's on other side, many other food places, some shopping across street. A perfect setting to hit the museum and other places as it only few minutes away.

The room was espacious and modern, very clean, very well illuminated.. the air conditioning work properly. The bathroom looks nice and has a good water pressure, the bed was confortable. Definitely will stay again if we return to the area. The only disappointed point was the ceiling that had stains that look like mold but the property management was notify and are working on it..The breakfast ends at 9:00 AM which is too early for a Sunday, good thing it's a Waffle House at walking distance.

Room was so neat and clean bathrooms was clean. Breakfast bar was amazing everything was hot and fresh. Front desk staff and the cleaning crew was so very nice and respectful even though it was a bit of a language barrier with one of the workers he still tried his best to assist. We will definitely be back.

Good location, decent food. Clean bed, but not that great appealing for family

I was heading home to Texas from Chattanooga & needed a place to spend the night before heading on home the next day. There were several motels in the area but the Best Western looked nicer on the outside than any of the others. It looked like it had a fresh coat of paint on it. I got me a room which was very clean. The bed was very comfortable & there were several pillows on the bed which I liked very much. It looked to have been recently renovated as it had new fixtures in the bathroom & looked like new furniture in the room. The heater worked just wonderful & I enjoyed my shower in the nice clean bathroom. Had everything you could need for an over night stay. There was a nice big tv with movie channels & a good WiFi connection. I ate the continental breakfast the next morning which wasn’t bad. The eggs didn’t taste like real eggs so I didn’t eat all of them. They had some very good soft fresh tasting muffins that were very good that I ate with my sausage & bacon. They had waffles but I didn’t eat any of them. Also the French toast was very good. But for my taste the coffee left a lot to be desired. But that’s just my taster. Others may have thought it wonderful. All in all I had a good stay & got on the road rested & with a full tummy. I would definitely stay again. Oh and the staff were very friendly & accommodating.

This stay felt very cozy and nice. Everyone greeted me warmly. I was in the standard King bedroom and it looked new/renovated. Furniture seemed new and the couch was cozy/soft. Almost fell asleep in it by accident. The bed was great and had very comfy pillows. Great wifi. This hotel is right next to Arby’s so you could walk to it if you wanted to. There was free breakfast and the food tasted fresh! The staff was so helpful. I had an issue with my card not reading properly right before check out and they immediately fixed it for me so I could check out successfully.
